1-) Academic Work:

Academic work at the institute is very interesting. The lectures are very cooperative and the students are very enthusiastic and sincere in their work. The lectures are always pre planned by the teachers and before actually delivering the lecture the teacher needs to discuss with the department heads and the coordinator and after their valuable feedback if any/suggestions, the lecture is delivered and this is to make sure that what goes to the student is perfect and without any fault. This also builds up the confidence of the teacher. The teacher needs to plan whether he/she needs to conduct the theory class or need to take the student to the lab or to the smart class. The teaching methodology is a blend of traditional teaching and ICT based teaching embedded with exploration approach. The emphasis is more on imparting the skills rather than promote rote learning and this is achieved via continuous assessment and diagnostic teaching combined with remedial classes. It also consists of curricular activities such as word meaning (English & Hindi), Dictation (Hindi & English), Essay/ Letter/Slogan Writing (English & Hindi), Quizzes (subject based and general), mathematics Olympiad and much more.

2-) College infrastructure:

Classrooms, staffroom, library, computer lab, mathematics lab, EVS lab, Social lab, science lab, music room, art & craft room, sport room, play room, sick room, wash room, drinking water area, staff room etc

Note: We observed that all the norms had been followed in creating the above mentioned facilities and were up to the mark.

3-) Evaluation work:

The school follows CCE based evaluation as suggested by CBSE. The evaluation starts from the day one the student enters the class and continues till he/she gets upgraded to the next higher class. The evaluation model is based on diagnosing the problem areas of the student that do not let him/her perform well in the test and then improve upon such students through remedial classes.

4-) Co-curricular activities:

The school session is a blend of curricular and co-curricular activities. Many activities related to curricular work are conducted throughout the session along with co curricular activities and all these are pre planned and are being conducted based on the session planner that is shared with both the students and the teachers, so both know about the activities and their schedules.
